Back when they were young, Mikey caught his first high fever. His brothers got really worried of him that they watch over him all day. Splinter took care of him by putting a wet towel on his head and feeding him some soup. Donnie then start researching and getting the right medicine for him so he could at least help his Father in taking care of their little one; as he was born really different in brain: he could actually learn fast and remember things easily.
